Can I buy an engagement ring at the moment?

Yes, now is a great time to purchase your engagement ring. We are here to take phone calls, answer emails and host video engagement ring consultations. To comply with current government restrictions on gatherings of more than two people, we are still able to host one-on-one in-person consultations by appointment only but only in Sydney during this time. What jewellery services are offered at the moment?

We are still offering all of our regular services including personal consultations, engagement ring makes, bespoke jewellery creations and jewellery repairs, remodels, and refurbishments. Some of our services are just offered in a slightly different way:

  • Personal consultations can be hosted via phone or video conference services (Zoom, WhatsApp or Facetime), or in-person by appointment only.
  • Our extensive range of F&R stock can be viewed on our website and our team would love to speak to you about any pieces you are interested in.

What if I have a current order? Will it still be completed?

Yes, our workshop is still in full operation working on existing and new creations, makes and repairs. Some lead times on some existing makes have slightly increased, so please contact our team to discuss your existing creation, makes or repairs further.

Can I still have my jewellery repaired?

Yes, our workshop is still in full operation working on existing and new creations, makes and repairs. Please contact our team to arrange secure collection as well as the delivery of your items. Our workshop will assess your pieces and send through quotes and lead times. Once completed we will organise to safely return your pieces to you. Please contact our team with any further questions you may have.
